The house

Its located in the famous Thames street, in PALERMO neighborhood, the most popular for students and young people. Just in the middle of two important subway lines (“A” red and “D” green) that conects all the city. Several bus lines nearby. Supermarket, cafés, bank and 24hs store 1/2 blocks away.

It is a newly renovated coliving home with 2 floors + terrace. It is spacious and bright and totally equipped. It has 11 rooms so you will share your experience with other colivers from all around the world. Couples or 2 friends are welcome to share 1 private room, too. There are 3 shared bathrooms with shower, sink and toilette.

The kitchen it is full equipped with fridge and freezer, stove, owen, microwave, toaster and all utensils for cooking and eating. There is a dinning table where to share your meals with your new friends.

The living room has a sofa to relax and a round desk where you can study or just spend some time with your computer.

Two of the guests favorite areas are open spaces where you are allowes to smoke: a beautiful intern patio next to the entrance and a big terrace in the higher floor. It is equipped with a large table and lounge chairs to enjoy your free time in the sun.

The rooms

We really support the idea that renting a prívate room in a shared house, is the perfect option to have a great private space while sharing your co-living experience with people from all over the world.

The 4 rooms are full equipped with a comfortable double bed, sheets, towels and bedcover; a closet where you will be able to organize all your stuff and a study area with chair and desk. Couples are also welcome. If you rent with a friend, you can ask our staff to provide you with 2 simple beds in a big room to share.
